Very disappointed with our purchase on May 15th. We bought several rather expensive pastries and were shocked to find a huge hair in a chocolate éclair. It completely disgusted us, and all the pastries ended up in the bin. I contacted the bakery the very next morning, but the only response I received was: "We'll be more careful." No gesture of goodwill or real acknowledgment of the situation. Based on this experience, I will not be buying from them again.

Impeccable premises, products and staff.

Hello. I went to get croissants this morning, and it's not the first time, but the waitress's friendliness left much to be desired. When she was chatting with her colleagues, she spoke as if we weren't even there… That's why I can't give it 5 stars, my 4 stars. What a shame…

I came to buy an apple turnover. Once the product was in the bag, crumbs fell onto the counter, and the vendor then added them back into the bag. At first, I thought it was a joke, but apparently not… I didn't find it professional or hygienic at all. Frankly disappointed, it put me off eating the pastry.

Very little choice, the shelves were empty. I asked if the cookies and the chocolate/almond pastries were fresh. The woman told me the cookies weren't, but all the other pastries were. That was absolutely false; the chocolate/almond pastries weren't fresh and weren't good at all. This has happened several times at this bakery; the quality is very poor and they don't care about the customer. I won't be going back.

I stopped there today. I bought a bag of pastries that were supposed to be "day old," but they turned out to be two days old, or even two days old... Everything was bone dry and nothing like day-old pastries. Avoid this place; they're dishonest. I'm giving it one star reluctantly because otherwise I can't publish this review.

I bought some croissants on February 25th, and some were stale, clearly from the day before. Very disappointed considering the price of croissants at this bakery… I hope this is an isolated incident

I called to ask, "Do you make pizzas tonight?" I was met with an insult and the phone was hung up on. I called back, explaining what had just happened, and the phone hung up on me again. Not only am I baffled because we come every day, but I also feel unfairly insulted.

I like to eat there for lunch. Although they're microwaved, the dishes are really quite good for a bakery. Especially since they're inexpensive, served on a nice plate, and almost all the servers are polite and pleasant. The desserts are great! 👌
