It's a shame we can't give zero stars; since Demeusy took over the bakery, it's been a disaster! No more choices, the staff are unfriendly, and there are never any baguettes! They're either baking or burnt to a crisp. This bakery should be avoided!

Excellent bakery! Great products, both sweet and savory, and a very warm welcome! I recommend it 100%! The whole team is incredibly attentive!

No complaints about the service or staff; the saleswoman who took my order was very pleasant and patient. However, I was disappointed with the croquembouche I ordered, especially considering the price. The cream puffs were really tiny (luckily I had ordered two extra slices...) and the cream, which was supposed to have raspberry pieces, looked like a uniform, mass-produced cream (I don't think that was actually the case, of course, but that's the impression everyone else got).

The price of a latte was €3.05; the machine-made coffee was tasteless, that's outrageous.

No choice at 1:00 PM for lunch. Especially when an employee pounced on the burgers we ordered from the cashier. So, only one burger for my friend and a salad (all vegan) for me. Burger not included in the set menus. The salad was really small and expensive for the four ingredients it contained. In short, I left hungry. Next time, a coffee and cake will do, but definitely no meal.

I came into this bakery after seeing a sign indicating that if no sandwiches were available, it was possible to have one made on the spot. However, they refused me this service, claiming there weren't any left in the display case. So why advertise it if it's not actually possible? This is the second time this has happened. No big deal, you won't be seeing me again anytime soon. It's a real shame, especially for a village bakery. The previous owners used to make sandwiches to order without any problem. Being from the village myself, I find it regrettable that such a simple service is no longer offered.

No more bread on Sundays after 5:30 PM, even though closing time is 7:30 PM. This has happened to me three times now... What a shame!

The bakery in Novillars, selling frozen cakes, was out of bread and pastries today, May 2nd, at 12:30 PM. There were no more loaves, no more chocolate croissants, just a handful of plain croissants fighting amongst two or three apple turnovers… It's unacceptable that a bakery that closes at 7:30 PM should be without bread and pastries at noon! There were no bakers on site, only two saleswomen standing in front of empty shelves!

Disappointment since the change of ownership. No bread on a Saturday at noon, and this happened several times. No attempt to compensate. Staff not very pleasant.

Disappointed, disappointed, disappointed. The welcome was nonexistent, no friendliness whatsoever, and the service left much to be desired. Pizza orders are possible, but they'll all be ready before the "baker" leaves, so they'll just sit there warm. The bread is disgusting, but it's more expensive... I'd rather eat rusks... It was so much better and more delicious with the previous owners.

A very bad experience. I used to be a daily customer, but I don't recognize this bakery at all anymore. The pastries are bad and, on top of that, very expensive. By 7:15 pm, there was already no bread left, which is unacceptable. Before, the bakery was open until 8 pm and never ran out. A huge disappointment for a village business. Avoid this place; I recommend the bakery in Roche-lez-Beaupré instead.

Well, not only was the woman not very welcoming, she forgot about us, and then she brought back a completely burnt, practically charred, panini—a galette, basically. My daughter didn't dare tell me; it's unacceptable to have the nerve to serve something like that! What's more, the prices are exorbitant. The bakeries nearby are better in every way. If you're going to pay that much, go somewhere else; it's better. I certainly won't be back. I'm really disappointed.

I miss the previous owners. I only go there for convenience. The baguettes and bread don't keep well. It's a shame they don't have traditional baguettes or loaves. The specialty breads are good and there's a good selection. I recommend it for people passing through. For convenience/a quick fix.
