One of the best restaurants in the Besançon area! We come for every occasion, we're never disappointed, and I couldn't even say which dish is my favorite because the food is so good. Thank you for the excellent service.

I went to Trattoria Toscana for my birthday and I'll definitely never set foot in there again. €17 for industrial, bad gnocchi, and the portions were clearly disappointing and not worth the price. There were mistake after mistake with our order. The service was lacking, even though there were very few people there when we arrived (7 pm). We only ordered main courses because we didn't want to waste money on overpriced desserts that weren't worth it. If you like Italian food, don't go there; it's nothing like a "Trattoria."

The entire team is friendly, attentive, and genuinely listens to their customers. You can tell they are truly dedicated to ensuring everyone has the best possible experience. The staff is incredibly attentive throughout the meal, always available without being intrusive. This attention to detail makes all the difference and makes the experience particularly enjoyable. Incredibly good! The service has been impeccable for a very long time; with such a long-standing team, their loyalty speaks for itself. The desserts have long been renowned for their finesse. The menu is always flawless. But this year, the bruschetta and scamorza are absolutely must-tries. I got them to go, and they were divine! Kudos for this longevity and perfect sense of flavor. It's more than perfect.
