Good service, good food but toilet was blocked. Not very clean sitting area nor kitchen. Drive through takes too long. Always!!

Good place for a quick bite on the go.

The drinks at this McDonald's are quite an experience... First of all, the sodas don't taste anything like the drinks they're supposed to: The Coke doesn't taste like Coke, the Coke Zero is the same, and neither is the Sprite. A sludge mixed with stagnant water looks more like Coke than what they sell under that name. Then, you have the following choices: - Sodas without ice (even when you specify ice when ordering). It's a well-known fact that when it's 35°C in the shade, all you want is a warm drink... - Sodas heavily diluted with water. They must be using up the last of the tanks. - Sodas... without carbonation. Because everyone loves flat Coke, everyone knows that. Nine times out of ten, it's at least two of these little details that we have the pleasure of discovering during the tasting, if not all three. At this point, it's deliberate malice. I should clarify that this applies to drive-thru orders. If I had the same thing at the counter, I would demand an exchange. And I imagine the other customers would too. But to think that the dirty dishwater they call Coca-Cola is only served at the drive-thru...

The staff were friendly but poorly trained on the daily specials and offers. Being relatively new to McDonald's, I found the burgers and fries less tasty and satisfying than at Burger King. I'll still go back, though. Thanks to the team for their service.

It's a McDonald's like any other McDonald's, you're well received there.

Good for children's playroom

First time I've been served so quickly and there were no problems with the order either.

UNACCEPTABLE! I ordered a meal for delivery with a small wrap on the side. The order arrived with a completely spilled drink in the bag, making everything inedible because it was soggy. I contacted customer service to request a refund, sending photos as evidence (photos in the comments), but the representative refused and ended the conversation. Avoid this place at all costs!

After the third time, I have to leave a review. This is the worst McDonald's in Besançon. The wait is unbelievably long for fast food, and the service is a disgrace. Today I ordered a Happy Meal and it took 8 minutes to be served! Even though there was no one there... there was no toy, and it was already cold in 30-degree heat after a 5-minute drive. It's simply outrageous. And don't even get me started on the staff who drag their feet while serving without even saying hello. Avoid this place at all costs. I recommend going to the other two.

The girls are chatting over fries instead of taking orders

I recommend this McDonald's, which closes at midnight. It's very clean, the staff is amazing, and the service is fast. The self-service kiosks have been available ever since I started eating there, and nothing has ever been missing from my order. The drive-thru is also very quick. I highly recommend it.

Cold hamburger, or the manager reheats it in the microwave, for 44 euros - great and unfriendly
