Tana Calda "pizzeria" - Châtillon le Duc

The service was a bit slow and the servers were a bit cold.

A very good Italian restaurant, although the service was a little slow; I think that was due to the large tables.

We came to eat in Tana Calda with some friends. There were five of us, so we had a nice little table. I wanted to leave a review because the goal is to describe one's experience in a place. I spilled my cocktail, which I hadn't even touched yet; it had just been served. The waiter kindly brought me napkins, and I thanked him, saying it was a shame since I hadn't had time to taste it. That's when he replied, "That's a pity..." I'll let you imagine the surprise at the table when he didn't offer to replace it, because, after all, to err is human, and there were five of us, and we ordered an appetizer, main course, dessert, and drinks. His response was disappointing, and one wonders if this restaurant is even willing to give a customer a cocktail... Having worked in the restaurant industry, I would have simply replaced the glass and put a new placemat in place. Instead, I folded my paper placemat, politely set it aside, and continued my meal. In conclusion, we won't be returning for our girls' nights out because the service wasn't up to par. Sincerely, Ines

No complaints about the quality of the food or the service; it was delicious. Just one small issue: the appetizers were served late, almost at the same time as the pizzas... Nothing serious.

Still as good as ever, friendly and efficient staff, and fast service even though the restaurant was full and there were nine of us at the table.

Great restaurant! Whether you order takeout or eat in, the staff is very friendly, and the pizzas, as well as all the other dishes, are delicious. The restaurant has a very pleasant atmosphere. If you want to have a great time, this is a place to remember!

As usual at this establishment, they are always very professional and friendly. Fast service and excellent pizzas. The top spot in Châtillon / near Valentin school.

We've never eaten such a bad pizza, and the same goes for the salad.
