After a long day on the road, we wanted a quick and easy meal. The selection was adequate, but the screens facing the counter didn't encourage a calm decision and made you want to rush. We ordered a kids' meal deal: two tacos and a bowl of rice with crispy chicken and cheese sauce. Drinks included, €75. Not exactly cheap, but oh well... While waiting for our orders, we went to wash our hands. How awful! So dirty... The table we sat at was sticky, but it was the only one at a comfortable height for our daughter and had been cleared away... My rice was cold (not even lukewarm): the waitress took it away when I pointed it out. She brought me my dish, which had been reheated in the microwave and was therefore scalding hot, but the chicken was no longer crispy and completely soaked in a sauce that was only cheesy in name. Not a word of apology, not a sign of compassion... The tacos were apparently satisfactory. For the children's menu, we were disappointed that the ketchup had to be bought in a packet... Disappointing experience...
