Ordered through Uber Eats. The food was good and plentiful, but it arrived cold and the extra spring roll sauce wasn't included. It's a shame because it was otherwise tasty.

For €12.90, I ordered the burger on the left. I received the one on the right. At this point, it's no longer a disappointment, it's an experience.

A terrible experience. We ordered €80 worth of food for a family of six (six burgers), and it was by far one of the worst orders we've ever had. The burgers were tiny and looked nothing like the pictures. It felt more like eating bread with a single slice of meat sandwiched between two pieces. The toppings were practically nonexistent. Each burger contained only one pickle slice, which was so sour we couldn't even eat it. We ordered two Diet Cokes, but we received two regular Cokes. We also ordered a raclette burger, but it arrived… without any raclette cheese. The delivery was just as disastrous. Two delivery drivers for a single order: the first arrived with one burger and three portions of fries, and the second arrived later with the rest. As a result, part of our meal was already cold before the entire order was even delivered. On top of that, the first delivery driver was unpleasant. Frankly, paying €80 for such a disappointing order, with so many mistakes and such poor quality, is unacceptable. We absolutely will not recommend this establishment. I think even the burger emoji is more elaborate 🍔 Quick tip: call Kitchen Nightmares, they have work to do.

If I could have given zero stars, I would have. Honestly, 86 euros for a steak between two slices of bread (6 meals), it's a disgrace! The raclette was forgotten, you were out of stock???? And the Diet Coke was replaced with regular Coke! Plus, two deliveries 15 minutes apart for the same family: something's not right here! Lack of competence! Help! I don't understand the logic: your goal is clearly not to build customer loyalty...
