We enjoyed a savory crepe and a super delicious homemade chocolate waffle, my wife and I recommend it, the waiter was very pleasant and kind, thank you to Maison Ricot.

I went to this restaurant twice, each time with a different friend, and both times the service was appalling, followed by unacceptable remarks from the owner and a volunteer who works there. My friends left feeling shocked. The first time, my friend waited at least half an hour to be served and ended up getting a dish she hadn't ordered. She politely, but understandably exasperated, pointed out the long wait and subsequent mistake. The owner told her to calm down (even though my friend simply recounted the events calmly, without shouting or getting upset). Telling them was perfectly legitimate, just as anyone else would have done. The second time, I went back with another friend and her 7-year-old son (I told myself that the first time was just an unfortunate incident and that I shouldn't let it get to me, especially since we had eaten well). Same thing happened again: my friend had to wait over half an hour to be served. Another customer was even surprised to be served before my friend, even though we had arrived much earlier. The story repeated itself: a long wait for my friend, and at the end of that long wait, they told us the dish was out of stock. Then, at one point, the volunteer approached us, started to open the window, and asked if we minded (he didn't really give us a choice since he was opening it at the same time as he asked). My friend hesitated because her 7-year-old son was near the window, especially since it was very rainy that day. The volunteer responded (I don't remember his exact words) but said something that implied her child wasn't made of sugar. Anyway, the three of us ended up eating while feeling cold. Regarding the second incident, the volunteer, realizing my friend had waited an unusually long time, took it upon himself to sit at our table (which is unacceptable) and lecture her about how the young people working in the restaurant weren't up to scratch (whereas I found them not only very conscientious and professional but also welcoming to us, unlike the owner or the volunteer). In both cases, the owner, probably realizing he'd crossed the line twice (the first and second times), offered my first friend a free meal and the second a pastry, but I must admit his lack of professionalism and tact completely put me off. These two unfortunate experiences and witnessing the manager and his volunteer's inappropriate remarks to my friends filled me with shame in front of them, since it was I who had suggested they go each time, thinking that the first time It was just an incident. Both of us (and myself) were very shocked by the lack of empathy and tact shown by the manager and his volunteer. Each time, they were overwhelmed by events, blaming their young cooks for everything, which was absolutely false because, on the contrary, it was the cooks who demonstrated the utmost professionalism and showed us great kindness. In short, I went there twice, each time with a different friend, and each time we left shocked by the crude remarks of the owner and the volunteer, so we won't be going back anytime soon!

Horrible!! Keep walking! A man claiming to be the owner's father greeted us with an incredibly contemptuous, vulgar, and obnoxious attitude. I saw it coming. We respectfully turned around and left, but this man was yelling "Get out!" Never again.

A great place to enjoy ice cream, waffles, and other desserts! 😀 The service is impeccable; the staff are friendly and welcoming. We'll definitely be back with our family for ice cream or one of your milkshakes. See you soon!

Hello, I don't usually leave reviews, but if this can make a difference for the employees, then I'll give it a try. We arrived well before closing time and asked if it was possible to eat a waffle there. There were four of us. The person working took our orders clumsily (making a few mistakes in our choices), but these things happen, so we weren't worried until we realized we'd already been waiting for 40 minutes (we were the only customers). The music stopped because closing time had passed, and we still hadn't been served. When we finally received our waffles, the toppings were still frozen (including the chocolate sauce). Embarrassed, we quickly ate our waffles so as not to delay the employee closing up, all in silence. Paying over €8 for a waffle with frozen toppings is not a very pleasant experience. The person working seemed lost and overwhelmed. Please don't leave your new employees alone in such situations; we would have much preferred if he had simply told us he couldn't see us in person. I'm not blaming him at all, as he did his best to serve us kindly.

Raspberry served frozen! White chocolate frozen, dry waffle (35-minute wait). Disappointing hot chocolate; there was a green leaf in it. However, the young man who served us was very pleasant. Unfortunately, we won't be coming back. What a shame.

Nice place, but waffles a bit dry and when we asked for extra Nutella and pistachio cream it annoyed the manager, I understand that it has a certain cost, yet we were ready to pay extra.

Discovering this tea room, the rich hot chocolate is truly excellent and lives up to its promises!! And the crepes are excellent and fragrant. I thoroughly enjoyed it!
