The restaurant no longer has access to order details on their website, but instead of calling us to get our order details, they did nothing. And on top of that, their website isn't up to date. I wanted to order the box of 10 tenders, but now they only offer 8, and the change hasn't been updated on the website. This isn't the first time we've had problems ordering from them. I think this will be the last time we order from them.

Very good fast food. I went there for the first time to try it out and I left satisfied. The street is quiet, which allows you to eat peacefully on the terrace – perfect (for people who don't like crowds). The prices are quite reasonable and the staff is pleasant and smiling. I had a taco meal and it was delicious. I really enjoyed the fries; they were excellent, honestly, nothing to complain about. The only downside was the wait; I was willing to wait 30 minutes while they restarted the machines. But the wait was worth it because I ate very well. I recommend it.

Disappointed, I used to love their salad boxes! More than disappointed, I ordered a chicken box and got only the chicken, three pieces of salad, and fries that were practically fighting over the edge of the box. No cheese, corn, rösti, or beets, and they charged me the full price!!! Without even mentioning that the menu had supposedly changed a few days ago...! That's not fair play for a fast food restaurant. We definitely won't be back.

I highly recommend this restaurant. The burgers are in brioche buns, which is a nice change from current fast food fare, and all the ingredients are fresh, including homemade fries! The staff is very polite and attentive to customers. Thank you!

I was introduced to your place and I've been a big fan ever since! The fries are really good, a welcome change from the mass-produced kind. I hadn't eaten tacos since the quality dropped at O'Tacos, but now I'm enjoying them again at your place. The staff are fantastic!

The burgers are exceptional, with brioche buns and quality ingredients, not to mention the ultra-fast service both in-store and for delivery.

Passing through Besançon, we stopped at this snack bar. Very good, I especially recommend the hamburgers! Friendly service.

Terribly disappointed! Having been a regular customer of their excellent salads, my friend and I decided to order them again tonight. Since they had just reopened, I was told that the usual mozzarella would be replaced with Laughing Cow cheese. I accepted. But I hadn't been told that the beetroot and corn were also missing, and that the lamb's lettuce was replaced with iceberg lettuce... In short, the result was a salad with a little bit of lettuce, two-quarters of a tomato, a hint of onion, and two pieces of chicken cut into strips. When they came to ask if everything was alright, and we explained that it wasn't, and they just said "well, sorry," that's not good customer service! I'm giving them two stars because I remember their excellent fries and salads from the past. Don't offer things where half the ingredients are missing, or offer something else entirely... Disappointment! It's up to you whether you want to risk being robbed or not... It's better to go somewhere else.
