Honestly, a very good restaurant, the sandwiches are generously filled and the prices are reasonable compared to some others, especially since the large ones are delicious.

A huge disappointment. I used to come to this snack bar often and I liked their big burgers, but this time it was a disaster. The steak had a really suspicious taste, to the point of being inedible. It's not a matter of personal taste: my friend tried it too and almost threw up; we ended up giving it to the dog! Frankly, serving meat in that condition for €15 a meal is unacceptable. I didn't say anything at the time and I paid, but looking back, I definitely regret it. I really hope they'll do some checks, because this is far from a simple "mistake." Be careful.

I ordered two sandwiches and the bread wasn't fresh and had too much crumb. That's a shame.

Honestly, I don't understand how this establishment can have a 4/4 rating. The steak in my €13 sandwich was awful; it didn't even look like meat. I have serious doubts! At that price, it's a disgrace!

This is my second time at Croq'heures, which makes the effort to be open on Sundays. The first time, my tenders were a bit too salty, and I mentioned it to the staff. This time, my tenders were perfect, and the fries were too. I thoroughly enjoyed my favorite Moroccan sauce. The service is very courteous, even during busy periods, and the staff constantly thank their customers for their patience. The place isn't very big, admittedly, but there's enough room to sit and eat at a table, and the walls were freshened up a few weeks ago. I've been back several more times, but I've been disappointed (the quality and quantity of the food aren't what they used to be). It's a shame.

Very welcoming, excellent meal with plenty of choice. I'll be back, I'm very satisfied. Great atmosphere and their triple tacos are reasonably priced and generously filled. I highly recommend it.

Very good snack

Simple and efficient service, Served in under 10 minutes, It was hard to finish the "Big 2" (a large sandwich) I don't usually eat snacks, but I was pleasantly surprised by this quick and easy option, It improves my opinion of snacks

The food isn't worth the price (there are many better options in Besançon), especially since they only accept cash payments. The service time is often infrequent (if it's advertised as 10 minutes, expect more than 15). The atmosphere is pleasant, but neither the price, nor the efficiency, nor the taste of the food justifies the cost. It'll do if you have no other choice, but definitely not a place I'd recommend.

Good food and friendly staff! The prices are reasonable and there's even a vegetarian option if you ask :)

Totally disappointed, the bread was plain, my sandwich tasteless, practically no sauce… It's not what it used to be, it's a shame…
