Very disappointed, unpleasant staff and the manager too... the prices are far too high for the quality of the products

I ordered a chocolate Swiss roll and they gave me raisin bread, and it's not the first time. And on top of that, I didn't pay the price for a chocolate Swiss roll.

I was very disappointed with my visit to this bakery. As a Muslim, I am very careful not to eat pork. I ordered a pepper pizza, which was supposed to be meat-free, and unfortunately, I found bacon bits in it. The most shocking thing isn't even the mistake itself, because that can happen, but rather the complete lack of consideration. No real apology, no refund, no solution offered. I was simply given a small bag with some stale biscuits, as if that solved the problem. I felt as though the problem was almost entirely my fault, when it was a significant error, especially when one adheres to religious or dietary beliefs. I deduce that there was probably a lack of hygiene or cleaning between pizza preparations. A little more seriousness, respect, and professionalism is truly necessary. I returned hoping to at least get an apology from the baker, but instead, I got his "I don't know what happened." ASHAMED
