Domino's Pizza Besançon

I've been shopping at Domino's for years, whether it's for takeout or delivery, and it's always gone well. The team is great. Don't change a thing! 👍

Update: I've had to revise my notes because the 5-cheese pizza has been completely discontinued! It's probably been replaced by the Cheesy Crush, but since that's part of the signature menu, it's not included in the Crazy Tuesdays and Thursdays specials. Luckily, I keep coming back for the legendary Savoyarde pizza and the always warm welcome. Special thanks to Bilel and the team for their good cheer.

Pizzas ordered and delivered to Play Arena. Two out of five pizzas had no toppings, just dough. I do not recommend this chain.

Absolutely nothing to complain about, a perfect experience at Domino’s Pizza Besançon! I picked up my order, and everything was ready on time, even a little early. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and efficient. The pizzas were piping hot, delicious, and generously topped. Honestly, it's a pleasure to have such impeccable service from start to finish. I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely be back.

Thank you for the excellent service. However, I would like to point out that pork was found on my pizza, which I ordered this Thursday. Please be extra vigilant to avoid this type of incident, especially for customers who do not usually eat this type of meat. I would appreciate it if you could pass this information along.

Very disappointed with the pizza delivery. We ordered medium pizzas (28 cm). Upon opening the box, we realized they were tiny and not 28 cm at all. Considering the price for pizzas, it's shameful. At almost twenty euros a pizza, which barely fills half the box and has practically no toppings, it's a huge disappointment.

Quick and very pleasant/polite/smiling service, it made my day! The pizzas are always good too.

I ordered online on a Tuesday: I chose three pizzas, but Domino's automatically added an extra charge for a large, even though the offer was for medium and large sizes. I called immediately to correct it, but the response was: "Too late, it's already in the oven." How can a pizza be cooked in two minutes? The manager refused to offer any solution. As a result, I paid just as much for smaller pizzas. In the store, there was no one to speak to, and the service was filthy. In short: deceptive practices, nonexistent service. Avoid at all costs.

Perfect. The staff is friendly and, above all, very efficient.
