Quiet place, welcoming staff, and the burger I ordered was surprisingly delicious. I'll definitely go back when I'm in the area. I recommend the curly fries.

Catastrophic! The drinks weren't fresh, the burgers were disgusting—they looked like they were soaked in oil and weren't even presentable. The staff were completely uninterested; frankly, it's the worst Bills Burger ever. We were just passing through Besançon (we're originally from Strasbourg), and the worst part is that after talking to a friend, she confirmed it wasn't good. Even the interior space is poorly designed, and there's no air conditioning—a complete disaster! Never again!

I ordered a takeaway meal, and as indicated on the receipt, since that's what I selected on the screen, I ordered twister fries. They gave me sweet potato fries. I pointed out the error, and they told me that the system says sweet potato fries (which I hate), so one of us is probably lying, and it's not me, as evidenced by the receipt. No solution was offered.

I always get the vanilla milkshakes, they're amazing! The burgers and sweet potatoes are amazing too, they're so good!
