Very good Italian restaurant, very pleasant, I recommend it.

The Italian buffet was very nice; the food was exactly what you'd expect from this type of place. The only downside was that on my last visit, the air conditioning was broken, which made the experience quite unpleasant despite the staff's cheerful attitude. The heat was truly stifling, even though there were fans to try and alleviate it.

As loyal customers since the opening, we've noticed a gradual decline in the quality and variety of the dishes. For example, it might seem like a small detail to some, but the burrata that used to be on the truffle/mushroom pizza (even if it was just a small piece) has now been replaced by a rubbery slice of mozzarella. The salmon was overcooked and poorly seasoned, and some dishes weren't replenished even though the concept states you can request it. It's a bit frustrating to have to wait to eat when you come with a friend. In the beginning, they also offered cannoli for dessert. Now, they only have industrially produced frozen tarts in the same trays, two decent tiramisu, a panna cotta that didn't set, and a not-so-good egg custard that wasn't really Italian. The ice cream machine, which is constantly broken for Italian-style ice cream, the parmesan cheese that's hard to replenish, the arugula that was already wilted is completely ruined by the heat... There were no more teaspoons, which is typical in this restaurant, as I've noticed several times. A waitress brought me a spoon that was still wet and told me it was just out of the dishwasher. I don't think it takes more than a second to dry a spoon. The basics of restaurant service are clearly lacking. Water carafes weren't filled at the counter, the servers were only there to serve drinks that cost extra, and there was no knife on my table. I had to go get one from another table. Not to mention the stifling heat that day; it was 27 degrees Celsius outside and much hotter inside. It was unpleasant to eat in, not to mention the flies! It seems like the restaurant is relying on its initial customers, but it's not enough to just make a name for yourself; you also need to build customer loyalty. It's a shame because I really like the concept, the pizzas are quite good, and the truffle gnocchi are too. I hope the restaurant will turn things around because I'd like to keep going there! Air conditioning not working... very few Halal products available, whereas at the beginning there were many more... what a shame

Good Italian restaurant with a complete and varied buffet. The lasagna is excellent.
